Before Inclined Health, Dr. Rearick felt the traditional healthcare model most people know today focused more on numbers than on people. One day, a patient walked into the clinic with a large breast mass that was later confirmed to be cancer. Sitting together in the exam room, he asked why she hadn’t called sooner. She explained that she had, months ago, but due to scheduling protocols, her diagnosis and care were delayed.
That patient changed everything. It was the moment he knew the traditional model had lost its way. He began looking for a different path, one where he could care for his patients the way they deserve and actually be there when they needed him. That search led him to a direct primary care (DPC) model, igniting him to form Inclined Health in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He believes no one should feel they have to wait months to be heard or taken seriously.
With a background in rural family medicine and sports medicine, Dr. Rearick cares for people of all ages, from kids who play hard, adults juggling work, family, and fitness, and older adults who want to stay strong and independent.

Inclined Health is a direct primary care (DPC) membership model. This means we have a smaller patient panel, which allows more time, access, and continuity between you and your doctor. One flat monthly payment. Zero copays mean you get the care you need when you need it. We do not bill insurance at all, and offer care to the uninsured, under-insured, and happily insured.
